Payment Policy
We use Stripe to process payments for Credit and Debit Cards.
We can accept the following payment methods through our Stripe integration:

Apple Pay (where you have it enabled and on a relevant device)

When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfil the order. We may collect information like your:

By submitting your order during checkout, you consent to sharing this information and these terms of use.
This information is shared with Squarespace, our website and online shop hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.
As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
Personal information is collected in compliance with GDPR and only used for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We will use all reasonable effort to delete personal information within a reasonable timeframe once your order has been fulfilled (usually no more than two years from the date of order completion).
Shipping
We only offer postage to addresses in the UK at the moment. Before placing your order, please ensure you have a UK delivery address.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated in bands based on weight and size of your total order.
We use Royal Mail in most instances but we may need to use another provider such as Parcelforce for larger items like the larger Mounted Prints.
We endeavour to use the following Royal Mail services for orders:
Greetings Cards - 2nd Class or Tracked 48 service
Book - Tracked 48 service
Mounted Prints - Tracked 24 service
Please note, for the Tracked services we may share your email and phone number with Royal Mail so they can notify and keep you updated on the progress of your delivery.
Whilst we endeavour to ship items as soon as possible, please allow up to 7 working days from placing your order to receive confirmation of shipping. It may be that Susan is teaching or exhibiting so please bear with her at busy times. In all cases, goods will be shipped to you within 30 days of your order being placed - unless there is an issue with the stock or delivery service - if this is the case, you will be informed by email.
Please allow up to 5 working days for items to reach you once you have had shipping confirmation. If your item does not arrive within that time let us know via the contact page on the website so we can follow up with the shipping company.
Artwork Descriptions: Sizes & Colours
We’ve taken care to prepare artwork and descriptions to represent as closely as possible the colour and size of the items for sale. Inevitably, different screens and monitors may show colours that differ slightly from the physical prints.
Sizes are approximate and given as a guide only. Please avoid ordering or purchasing any frames until you have the artwork delivered. We cannot accept any responsibility or costs associated with purchases of items or services carried out based on the approximate measurements shown on the site.
Refunds & Consumer Rights
We hope you are happy with the items you’ve received, but in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulation in the UK, if you are not entirely happy, you have the right to return items and request a refund - this must be within 14 days of receiving your items.
You must inform us via the contact page of the website within 14 days of receiving your item that you have changed your mind and wish to make a return. Please use the phrase ‘Return Request’ in the subject line of the webform.
You are responsible for return postage payment and we ask that you use a tracked postage service and package the goods carefully so they arrive in perfect condition on return. A full refund may not be possible if the item or items is returned to us damaged. You have up to 14 days to return the item or items once you have informed us of the Return Request. We may not consider a refund if the item or items arrive outside of this timeframe. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in the charge. We cannot send a refund to a different destination, such as another card or bank account.
Refunds in the event of Damaged or Missing Items
We consider refunds in the event of items arriving to you badly damaged or if your items do not arrive at all.
We do everything possible to carefully pack your items and use a Tracked service so that items reach you in good condition. If your item has arrived badly damaged please contact us as soon as possible from receiving your item (but within 7 days of delivery) via the website contact page, please use the subject ‘Damaged or Missing Item’. She will be in touch to discuss further about available options and may ask if you can share photos of the item to share with the shipping company in case of any insurance claims, so please hold onto the items for the duration of any refund or replacement request unless instructed to return them.

It is not possible for us to deal with refund requests from damaged items after 14 days of you receiving and accepting the item, so please open and check the condition of the items as soon as possible once they have arrived.
